Pledge and MTF Update for GSPL Due to Merger Corporate Action

As per the Scheme of Arrangement approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Gujarat State Petronet Ltd. (GSPL) is undergoing an amalgamation with Gujarat Gas Limited. This will impact pledged holdings and MTF positions as follows:

For MTF clients:

• Existing GSPL MTF holdings will no longer be eligible under MTF and may be converted to delivery/overnight on Monday, May 11, 2026.
• Please ensure sufficient funds are maintained in your account to meet the applicable margin requirements. Failure to do so may result in square-off action by our RMS team.

Pledge note:

• All pledged GSPL holdings will be unpledged on Monday, May 11, 2026, due to the record date fixed on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, for the merger corporate action.
