Screeners are one of the fastest ways to narrow the market and focus on stocks that deserve attention.
Over time, we’ve added more screeners on FYERS. As that list grew, it became clear that adding more scans alone wasn’t enough. Screeners also needed to be easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to work with during live markets. The recent enhancements to Screeners are focused on exactly that.
Categories and navigation
As the number of screeners increased, finding the right one quickly became just as important as the scan itself.
Screeners are now grouped into clear categories based on trading intent. Whether you’re looking for intraday opportunities, F&O-related setups, or candlestick-based patterns, this structure helps you get to the relevant scans without scanning through long lists. Simple trend indicators next to screener names add context at a glance, making it easier to stay aligned with the broader market direction.
Table view
Table view is useful when you want to compare numbers directly.
If you are checking price, percentage change, highs and lows, or sorting stocks based on specific metrics, Table view gives you a structured and precise way to analyse screener results.
Charts view
Charts view helps when you want to understand recent price behaviour without opening individual charts.
Instead of switching symbols one by one, Charts view lets you quickly see how multiple stocks have been moving. This makes it easier to judge trend direction, momentum, and price structure before deciding which names deserve deeper analysis.
Heatmap view
Heatmap view is designed for speed and visual context.
Each stock is shown as a colour-coded block, making it easier to spot clusters of strength or weakness across the screener. When you switch to Heatmap view, patterns tend to stand out immediately. Concentrated patches of green or red give you a quick sense of where momentum is building or fading, which is especially useful during active market hours.
Predefined views
The data you focus on changes depending on what you are analysing.
At times, you want a quick snapshot. At other times, recent performance or valuation metrics matter more. Predefined Views let you switch between Overview, Performance, and Valuation with a single click. Each view automatically adjusts the visible columns to surface what is most relevant, so you don’t have to keep rearranging tables as your focus shifts.
Creating screeners with FIA
Predefined screeners cover a wide range of common use cases. But many traders also develop their own logic over time.
If you already know what you are looking for, you can use FIA to create a screener using plain language. Instead of translating your idea into filters manually, you describe the conditions and let FIA help you build the scan. This makes it easier to test new ideas, refine existing ones, and turn a thought process into a usable screener.
You can read more about how FIA works here.
Using screeners in your workflow
Screeners on FYERS aren’t new. What has changed is how clearly and efficiently they support the way traders actually work.
With more screeners, clearer categories, visible logic through Screener Info, flexible views like Table, Charts, and Heatmap, predefined data views, and the ability to create custom screeners using FIA, the enhanced Screeners experience is designed to help you move from scans to decisions with less friction.
Open Screeners on FYERS App or Web and explore the updated experience to see how it fits into your trading workflow.
