Price tells you what is happening. Large transactions often explain why.
Bulk and block deals give you visibility into significant buying and selling that doesn’t always show up clearly on a chart right away. These are transactions large enough to matter, whether they come from institutions, promoters, or other large market participants.
The Bulk/Block Deals section inside Analytics brings all of this information into one place, so you can track it without jumping between exchange filings or external reports.
Where to find it
Open Analytics → Bulk/Block deals on FYERS Web or App.
This section consolidates bulk deals, block deals, and insider disclosures in a single, structured view.
What this section covers
The page is organised into three clear tabs at the top:
Bulk deals
Block deals
Insider trading & SAST
Each tab focuses on a different type of large transaction, but follows the same clean table structure so you can scan quickly.
Bulk deals
Bulk deals capture large transactions executed during normal market hours.
These are reported when a single client buys or sells a meaningful quantity of shares in a trading session. While they don’t guarantee follow-through, they help you spot stocks that are seeing unusually large participation.
This view is useful when:
A stock is active without an obvious technical trigger
You want to check whether large participants are involved in a move
You’re tracking accumulation or distribution over multiple days
Block deals
Block deals are large, pre-negotiated transactions executed through a separate trading window.
Because these deals are arranged in advance, they often reflect deliberate positioning rather than intraday activity. Tracking block deals helps you understand when meaningful ownership changes are taking place.
Insider trading and SAST
The Insider trading & SAST tab shows disclosures related to promoters, directors, and other designated persons.
This section is particularly useful for positional and longer-term context. It helps you stay aware of:
Promoter acquisitions or disposals
Management transactions
Pledges and other reportable actions
These disclosures don’t predict price movement, but they do provide important background when a stock starts behaving differently.
Understanding the data
Each entry across these tabs includes key details such as:
Stock name and exchange
Deal date
Client name and category
Buy, sell, disposal, acquisition, or pledge action
Deal value and price
The list is sorted with the most recent activity at the top, so you’re always looking at the latest disclosures first.
Filters and customisation
By default, the data is shown for the Nifty 500 universe and a recent date range. You can refine this further using:
Universe filter to change the stock universe
Date range selector to look back over recent days or weeks
This makes it easier to focus on liquid stocks or narrow the view to a specific timeframe.
How to use this in your analysis
Bulk and block deals are best used as context, not signals.
They can help you:
Explain sudden volume or volatility
Understand whether a move is seeing large participation
Add background to technical or price-based analysis
Stay aware of promoter or management activity
They’re not meant to replace charts or setups. They’re meant to complement them.
