As per the Scheme of Amalgamation approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Cigniti Technologies Limited is undergoing an amalgamation with Coforge Limited. This will impact pledged holdings and MTF positions as follows:

For MTF clients:

Existing Cigniti Technologies MTF holdings will no longer be eligible under MTF and may be converted to delivery/overnight on Friday, May 15, 2026.

Please ensure sufficient funds are maintained in your account to meet the applicable margin requirements. Failure to do so may result in square-off action by our RMS team.

Pledge note:

All pledged Cigniti Technologies holdings will be unpledged on Friday, May 15, 2026, due to the record date fixed on Saturday, May 16, 2026, for the amalgamation corporate action.
