Due to technical issues with our gateway partner, Atom, which are causing delays in the reflection of funds transferred through the secondary payment gateway in your trading account. We are working with them to fix the issue and will update the funds as soon as possible. In the meantime, requesting you to utilize our primary payment gateway, Razorpay, or transfer funds through the use of a Virtual ID.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause you.
Update:
New transactions are now being processed. We are also reviewing the status of failed transactions with our gateway partner. Rest assured, funds will either be updated by the end of the day or credited back to your registered bank account.
