Aarti Industries F&O contracts expiring on 18th October 2022

As per the circular dated 10th October 2022, The National Stock Exchange of India has announced that due to a demerger taking effect in Aarti Industries, the following changes are applicable in Aarti Industries Equity and Derivative contracts:

• Shareholders will receive 1 equity share of Aarti Pharmalabs Ltd. of ₹5 each (Face Value) for every 4 equity shares of ₹5 each held in Aarti Industries. The Record Date is 20th October 2022.
• All the existing derivative contracts expiring in the month of October 2022, November 2022, and December 2022, shall expire on October 18, 2022, and shall be physically settled as per the mechanism specified. As a result, Aarti Industries Derivative contracts will be blocked on October 18, 2022, for trading.
• The physical settlement shall be effected on October 20, 2022 (T+2 day).
