Things to know

  • A URL is blacklisted if your server does not answer with HTTP status 200, or if the post to your postback URL fails.
  • A blacklisted URL stays blocked for 30 minutes. No webhooks are sent to it during that time.
  • A URL is also blacklisted after continuous failures, typically after three retries.

The webhook/postback URL provided by the user can be blacklisted if the response status is not 200 from your web server or if the post request to your PostbackURL fails. These URLs are blacklisted for 30 minutes, and during that time, no webhooks are sent to the blacklisted URL. Additionally, the URL will be blacklisted after continuous failures, typically after three retries.
