Webhooks / Postbacks

The Postback API sends a POST request with a JSON payload to the registered postback_url of your app when an order’s status changes. This enables you to get orders updates reliably, irrespective of when they happen (Pending, Cancel, Rejected, Traded).

USE CASE

Receive every order status change on your server as it happens, instead of polling Get Orders.

Things to know

FYERS sends a POST request with a JSON payload to the postback URL registered for your app.
Set up the webhook for the app, activate the app by logging in, then read the raw POST body on your server.
Your server should answer with HTTP status 200. Failed posts can get the URL blacklisted for 30 minutes.
