Tools fail with `failed to get token from Redis`

Refresh your FYERS access token and update the MCP Authorization header. Prefer:


Authorization: YOUR_APP_ID:YOUR_ACCESS_TOKEN

Then toggle the MCP server off and on (or restart Cursor).

Format	Example
Access token	`Authorization: <access_token>`
App ID and access token	`Authorization: <app_id>:<access_token>`

Generate an access token from the FYERS API dashboard.

Restart Claude Desktop, log in to your FYERS account and authorise access. See For Mac & Windows.

Check that your system is supported:
