1 month agoPursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday 12th August 2026 has inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended on June 30 2026 along with the Limited Review Report. ln view of above please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Integrated Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30 2026 along with the Limited Review Report.The aforesaid results are also being made available on the website of the Company i.e. www.irctc.com

1 month agoIndian Railway Catering And Tourism Corporation Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday August 12 2026 to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June 2026 along with the limited review report of the Statutory Auditors on the same.Further as per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of IRCTC Limited Trading Window has been closed from Wednesday July 01 2026 and will remain closed upto 48 hours after the date of declaration of the said Financial Results i.e. upto Friday 14th August 2026 (both days inclusive). Intimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide our Notice dated June 25 2026. During the closure of Trading Window Insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC Limited.
