New KYC freeze facility for CVL KRA-registered investors

CVL Ventures Limited has introduced the Client Freeze Mechanism for individual investors whose KYC records are registered with CVL KRA. This facility allows investors to voluntarily freeze their KYC records and helps prevent unauthorized or fraudulent changes.

The facility can be accessed through the Client Freeze tab on the CVL KRA portal: https://www.cvlkra.com

Benefits of the Client Freeze Mechanism:

• Helps safeguard KYC records from unauthorized or fraudulent changes.
• Does not affect the ability to invest or transact in the capital markets.
• Allows intermediaries to access KYC details for transaction processing.

Please note:

If any update or modification is required in the KYC details, the KYC record must first be unfrozen through the CVL KRA portal. Updates can be made only after the unfreeze request is completed successfully.
