As per the circular dated 16th November 2022, The National Stock Exchange of India has announced that due to a merger taking effect between MindTree and Larsen & Toubro Infotech, the following changes are applicable in MINDTREE Equity and Derivative contracts:

• Shareholders will receive 73 equity shares of MindTree Ltd. post-merger for every 100 equity shares held in MindTree. The Record Date is 24th November 2022.
• All the existing derivative contracts of MINDTREE expiring November 2022, December 2022, and January 2023 will expire on November 22, 2022, and be physically settled on November 23, 2022. As a result, MindTree Ltd Derivative contracts will be blocked on November 22, 2022, for trading.
• Clients must maintain the full contract value of the derivatives to take physical delivery of shares. 
• The physical settlement will be effected on November 24, 2022 (T+2 day).
