Mandatory Quarterly Settlement Payouts To Be Initiated on 4th July 2026

As per the circular dated 27 July 2022, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) mandates that the quarterly settlement of funds be initiated on the first Saturday of every quarter, starting from 1 October 2022. Accordingly, unused funds lying in your trading account will be transferred back to your registered bank account on 4th July 2026 (the first Saturday of the quarter).

Note:

• If your account is part of this settlement, you may see a temporary reduction in your trading account balance.
• The funds may take some time to reflect and could appear by the end of the day (EOD) on the settlement date.
• Funds will be credited to your registered bank account based on your bank's processing timelines.
• Instant withdrawals will not be available during the settlement process.
