We are pleased to announce a significant update from CDSL on the security measures for 'Off-Market' transactions in Demat accounts. Effective from December 30, 2023, it is mandatory to register the Buyer's Demat Account as a beneficiary under the Seller's Demat Account for these transactions. This process, verified via OTP, aims to enhance the security and accuracy of your transactions.
