We are currently experiencing intermittent errors with our backoffice system, which is causing some clients to be unable to place withdrawal requests through the My Account portal. Rest assured, we are working to resolve the issue at the earliest.
In the meantime, affected clients can still make their withdrawal requests by accessing the old backoffice available at the bottom of the My Account page or by logging into https://account.fyers.in/WebClient/ and following the steps below:
If you follow these instructions, your withdrawal request will be placed successfully, and you will receive your funds. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and will keep you updated on the status of our backoffice system.
