Intermittent My Account Issues!

Due to an intermittent back office error, a few clients might experience the following issues:  

  • Unable to place withdrawal requests
  • Unable to download P&L reports
  • Unable to add segments using the My Account portal.

Our team is working on resolving it at the earliest. We regret the inconvenience caused.
