Due to new KRA regulatory guidelines that are in effect from 1st November 2022, there has been a delay in sending the login credentials to the newly onboarded clients. As per the revised regulations, a newly onboarded client/s can only trade once their KYC has been uploaded and approved by the CDSL Ventures Limited KYC Registration Agency (CVL KRA). Therefore, clients who have completed the account opening procedure from 1st November onwards will receive the login credentials only after their KYC is approved by the CVL KRA.

Note: This does not impact the clients who already have their KYC registered in CVL KRA.
