Consolidation Update: Unpledging of AvenuesAI Holdings

AvenuesAI Ltd. is consolidating 10 equity shares of face value ₹1 each into 1 equity share of face value ₹10. The record date for this corporate action is Tuesday, 13th October 2026.

As part of this corporate action, all pledged AvenuesAI shares, including shares pledged under MTF and normal pledge, will be unpledged on Monday, 12th October 2026.

For MTF Clients

• AvenuesAI shares pledged against MTF positions will be unpledged due to the share consolidation.
• Please ensure sufficient funds or collateral are available to meet any resulting margin requirement and avoid RMS action.

For Normal Pledge Clients

• AvenuesAI shares pledged as collateral will be unpledged.
• Once unpledged, these shares will no longer provide collateral value.

Trading Restriction

As per the BSE circular, trading in AvenuesAI shares will be suspended from 13th October 2026 for the share consolidation.
