Premier Futsal Management Private Limited (PFMPL) by way of Preferential Issue on a Private Placement basis towards their settlement amount pursuant to and as part of implementation of Resolution Plan of PFMPL in compliance with the order passed by Honble National Company Law Tribunal Division Bench-I Chennai dated December 19 2024 subject to necessary approvals;2. decide on convening of General Meeting to take necessary approvals of the Shareholders for the Issue;3. transact any other business as may be considered necessary.Please note that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all the designated persons and insiders has been closed from September 03 2026 and shall continue till 48 hours after conclusion of the scheduled meeting i.e. up to Thursday September 10 2026.
