2 months agoPursuant to regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you the Board of Directors of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Company) at its meeting held today i.e. July 21 2026 has inter alia approved the investment of upto Rs. 7.97 Crores in one or more tranches in Unobanc Private Limited. Upon completion of the proposed investment the Company will hold up to 19.9% of the Equity Share Capital of Unobanc Private Limited subject to execution of definitive agreements.
