2 days agoPursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that Worth Peripherals Limited (the Company) is extending Co-Obligancy (Guarantee) for M/s Yash Packers (Joint Venture) to renew the working capital (Cash Credit) facility for Rs. 1 00 00 000/- (Rupees One Crore only) in favour of the Federal Bank as stipulated in Federal Banks Sanction Letter dated 20-08-2026.
