1 month agoThe Board of Directors in its meeting held on 10th August 2026 have considered and approved appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kumar as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Mr. Dinesh Agarwal as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company; cessation of directorship of Mr. Rajeewa R Arya who retires by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting has expressed his unwillingness for reappointment and continue as director of the company due to his personal reasons.
