1 week agoWith reference to the aforesaid communication dated August 30 2025 seeking clarification regarding significant movement in price of the securities of the company.In this regard we would like to inform that based on the information available with the company and to the best of our knowledge there is no material information event or development concerning the company that has not been disclosed to the Stock Exchanges and which could have a bearing on the movement in the price of the securities of the Company.The Movement in the price of the securities of the company is purely due to market conditions and absolutely market driven and attributable to the market conditions.The Company has made and will continue to make all the relevant disclosures in compliance with the Obligation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 as amended from time to time with the Stock exchanges.Refer Attachment.

1 month agoPursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has fixed Wednesday August 26 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for sub-division of 1 (one) Equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 10 (ten) Equity shares of face value of Re.1/-(Rupee One Only) each fully paid up.
