1 month agoA Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) inspection was conducted by the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) at the Companys facility at Tanuku West Godavari District Andra Pradesh during the period from July 13 2026 to July 17 2026.At the Conclusion of the inspection the U.S.FDA has issued a Form 483 with six observations. The company will respond to these observations to FDA within stipulated time.

1 month agoWe would like to inform you that the relevant information required to be disclosed under applicable laws has already been disclosed to the stock exhange from time to time in the recent past under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015. There is no other material event or information which needs to be informed to the stock exchanges at this point of time. The Company shall continue to disclose all relevant events or information in accordance with the timeliness prescribed under applicable laws and regulations.Therefore the increase in the price of the scrip of the Company in the recent past is completely market driven.
