2 days agoVedanta Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29(1) and (2) along with Regulation 50(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that the Company proposes to hold a meeting of its duly constituted Committee of Directors on Friday September 18 2026 to consider the proposal for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis undertaken in ordinary course of business. The above issuance is pursuant to the Board of Directors resolution passed at its meeting held on May 29 2026. Request you to kindly take the above on your records.
