7 months agoPursuant to the regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with sub clause 16(g) of clause A of Part A of schedule III We hereby inform you that the 5th meeting of COC (Committee of Creditors) of Unitech International Limited was held on Tuesday 30th December 2025 in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 and the regulations made thereunder. The agenda items placed before the committee of creditors in the said meeting were put the e-voting and the voting result were received on 12 January 2026. 7 months agoThis is pursuance of Reg 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulation 2015 we would like to inform you that 5th meeting of CoC was scheduled and conducted on Friday 26.12.2025 at 4:00 PM. The RP has placed the proposal before CoC to issue and publish detailed EOI eligibility criteria and Form G in accordance with Regulation 36A of the CIRP Regulation. Kindly take note of the same.
