3 weeks agoBoard in its meeting held today fixed the 1st September 2026 as the record date for the purpose of payment of final dividend for the F.Y. 2025-26 to be paid at the rate 13% i.e. Rs. 1.30 per share of Rs. 10/- face value. This is in continuation of our previous disclosure dated 26.05.2026 regarding recommendation of final dividend.
