3 weeks agoUnifinz Capital India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve i) To consider and approve the limited reviewed financial results of the Company for the First quarter ended 30th June 2026 together with the limited review report furnished by the statutory auditor of the Company.ii) To consider and if thought fit approve the proposal of raising of fund by way of issuance of Equity shares/Share Warrants and/or any other eligible securities on a preferential basis to one or more persons in accordance with the Companies Act 2013 read with the rules notified thereunder each as amended and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (ICDR) Regulations 2018 as amended and such other acts rules and regulations as may be applicable subject to t necessary approvals iii) To consider and approve the enhancement in the umbrella limit for issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis within the overall borrowing limits of the Company subject to approval of shareholders and such other approvals as may be required.
