1 month agoTega Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 22/08/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for raising of funds by way of issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential basis in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 SEBI Regulations and such other applicable laws and subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
