The same is also being sent through electronic mode to those members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA)/Depositories. Further pursuant to Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations a letter containing the web-link and QR code along with the exact path for accessing the Annual Report is being sent to those Members whose email addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/Depositories. Further the 30th AGM of the Company will be held on Friday 25 September 2026 at 04:00 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC")/Other Audio Visual Means ("OAVM").
