2 months agoNotice & Annual Report of the Company is hereby given that the 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Taparia Tools Limited will be held on Wednesday 29th July 2026 12.30 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the Business as set out in the Notice of AGM which is being circulated for convening the AGM. Further the Annual Report for the financial year 2025-2026 including the Notice convening the 60th AGM is attached herewith and also available at Companys website: www.tapariatools.com. The remote e-voting period shall commence on Sunday July 26th 2026 at 9.00 a.m. and will end on Monday Tuesday 28th 2026 at 5.00 p.m. Once the vote on a Resolution is cast by the shareholder the shareholder shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. The voting rights of Members shall be in proportion to their shares in the paid-up equity share capital of the Company as on the Wednesday July 22 2026 (the cut-off date).
