2 weeks agoIn terms of requirements of Regulations 36(1)(b) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Company has issued letters to the Shareholders whose email id s are not registered with the Company/ Depository Participants providing weblink and QR Code from where the Notice convening the Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26 can be accessed from the Companys Website. The letter in this regards is enclosed herewith
