1 month agoThe Company vide its letter dated July 8 2026 had submitted the Annual Report of the Company for FY 2025-26. Subsequently it was observed that in the Financial Statements section of the Annual Report the CSR amount spent during the financial year 2025-26 was printed as Rs.19.76 lakhs as against Rs.38.06 lakhs and some of the values were printed with minor mistakes inadvertently. The details of the same are given in the attached letter and revised Annual Report.
