3 weeks agoWith reference to above mentioned subject and our letter dated August 06 2026 intimating about a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on August 13 2026 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today i.e. on Thursday August 13 2026. In compliance with Regulations 30 & 33 of the Listing Regulations the Company hereby inform that the Board of Directors of the Company have inter-alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the First Quarter and Three Months ended on June 30 2026 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The meeting commenced at 1:15 p.m. and concluded at 1:45 p.m.

To consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the First quarter and three Months ended on June 30 2026. 2. To consider and take note of Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor on Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter and three months ended on June 30 2026.
