1 month agoSupreme Infrastructure India Limited (SIIL or the company) is pleased to announce that it has achieved the final financial milestone towards implementation of its Scheme of Compromise and Arrangement with its lenders. With the support of its promoter group the Company has created a Fixed Deposit of Rs. 120 Crores with the Lead Bank ( State Bank of India) sufficient to meet the balance settlement obligations payable to the remaining lenders under the Scheme.
