SPIL/CS/2026-2027/57 dated 5th September 2026 this is to inform you that the proposal to acquire 9.50% equity shares of common stock of Med Therapy Biotechnology INC. USA is under due diligence as well as confirmation from Med Therapy Board of Directors decision and Board of Directors Resolution is also pending. Hence proposal was intimated only and the Company will come back with updates at the earliest possible time.

Mr. Hemal Mehta and Mr. Sachin Mehta Promoters of the Company shall acquire 3 82 685.63 equity shares each of common stock equivalent to 1.50% each of the issued and outstanding equity share capital of the Company. The acquisition includes acquisition of business manufacturing plant and the team subject to due diligence and other regulatory approvals. Upon completion of the acquistion the target company would become a subsidiary of the Company.
