1 month agoStellant Securities (India) Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/07/2026 inter alia to consider and approve 1. An increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from the existing Rs. 7 00 00 000/- (Rupees Seven Crore only) divided into 70 00 000 (Seventy Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each to Rs. 17 00 00 000/- (Rupees Seventeen Crores only) divided into 1 70 00 000 (One Crore Seventy Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each and consequent amendment in Capital Clause V of the Memorandum of Association of the Company2. Proposal for fund raising by way of preferential issue of securities including determination of Issue Price subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of shareholders of the Company and to transact other incidental and ancillary matters as may be decided by the Board with the permission of Chair.
