This call will be hosted by Ambit Capital.Mr. Samir Kashyap - President & Chief Financial Officer and Ms. Sugandha Singhal - Senior Vice President - HeadTreasury & Investor Relations will represent SRF on the call. The conference call will be initiated with a briefmanagement discussion on the Q1 FY27 results which will be declared on Wednesday July 22 2026 followed by aninteractive Question & Answer session.

The Un-Audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026;2. A proposal relating to declaration of 1st interim dividend for financial year 2026-27 on Equity Shares if any.3. A resolution enabling issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating upto Rs. 750 Crores in one or more tranches.
