2 days agoSom Distilleries & Breweries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve To consider and approve the Issue of Convertible Equity Warrants/Shares to the Promoters / Promoters Group/ Other Investors on a Preferential basis subject to approval of the shareholders and such other regulatory/ governmental approvals as may be required. To fix day date time and venue of the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting and approve the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) Annual Report of the Company for the Financial year (FY) ended 31.03.2026 and accordingly to fix record date / book closure / relevant date. To consider appointment of the scrutinizer to ensure fair and transparent voting processes for an upcoming Annual General Meeting. Any other matter with the approval of the Chairperson.
