Continuation of Mr. Suresh Shastrys (DIN: 01099554) term as Chairman and Managing Director upon attaining the age of 70 (Seventy).2. Alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.3. The 35th Annual General meeting of the company shall be held on 24th July 2026 at 10:00 A.M. through Video Conferencing.
