1 month agoThe Board took on record and confirmed that in accordance with the terms of the aforesaid Special Resolution and the applicable provisions of Chapter V of the SEBI ICDR Regulations the allottees were required to bring in the differential upfront amount of Rs. 0.39 per Warrant (aggregating to Rs. 18 10 770/-) being the additional amount payable on the upfront 25% (Twenty-Five Per Cent) consideration on account of the re-computation of the issue price from Rs. 34.00 to Rs. 35.56 per Warrant within fifteen (15) days from the date of passing of the Special Resolution. Further Two Allottees have also paid the balance 75% (Seventy-Five Per Cent) of the Warrant Issue Price of differential consideration on or before July 13 2026.
