The paid up capital of the company Rs. 50 130 500 (issue capital 50 153 000 less calls in arrears Rs. 22500) and the Net worth is Rs. 2 60 58 140 as on 31st March 2025 which falls in the ambit of aforsaid exemption and hence the company is not required to submit Annual Secretatial Compliance Report
