Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026.2. Any other business item with permission of the chairIn accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders of the Company we have intimated about the closure of Trading Window vide our letter dated June 23 2026. The Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2026.
