However during the course of the meeting the Board decided to adjourn the meeting to November 14 2025 due to certain pending confirmations from the Statutory Auditor and technical difficulties being faced in generation of the UDIN on the ICAI portal for issue of Limited Review Report.Accordingly the consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results has been deferred to the adjourned date.This intimation is being submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
