3 weeks agoDear Sir Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we report the outcome of the Board Meeting held today as follows: a) Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026;b) Considered the convening of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company on 24th September 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at the Registered office of the company at A-402 Mangalam 24/26 Hemanta Basu Sarani Kolkata- 700 001.A copy of Unaudited Standalone Financial results and Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on June 30 2026 are enclosed herewith. The arrangements are being made to get the abstract of results published in the Newspapers shortly.

2 months agoDear Sirs / Madam Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today June 29 2026 has approved the voluntary delisting of the Companys Equity Shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE).The Meeting of Board of Directors commenced at 11:00 AM and concluded at 11:20 AM.The decision has been taken in terms of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations as amended. The rationale for the voluntary delisting from CSE is due to negligible trading volume and to optimize administrative compliance costs.
