3 weeks agoThis is in continuation of our letters dated 21st July 2026 and 31st July 2026 pursuant to which the Company had submitted the Notice of EGM and the First Corrigendum thereto respectively for the EGM scheduled to be held on 12th August 2026 . Pursuant to the additional information sought by NSE and BSE in relation to the proposed preferential issue we are enclosing herewith the Second Corrigendum to the Notice of EGM incorporating the requisite disclosures and amendments to the Explanatory Statement. All other contents of the Notice of EGM and the First Corrigendum shall reman unchanged.

1 month agoPursuant to the Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held today i.e. Saturday 18th July 2026 considered and approved:- 1. The Unaudited (Standalone and Consolidated) Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 2. Issuance of up to 18 00 000 Warrants convertible into equal number of Equity Shares at a face value of Rs. 10/- per share on a preferential basis to Promoters/Promoters group subject to the approval of the members of the Company and such regulatory/ statutory authorities as may be applicable 3. Capital Expenditure of Rs. 1500 Crores (Approx.) on expansion project.
