1 day agoSammaan Capital Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 07/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the proposal for seeking shareholders approval for renewal of annual authorization for issuance of debt instruments such as secured and/or unsecured listed and/or unlisted non-convertible debentures / bonds and/or other securities including subordinated debt instruments perpetual debt instruments and/or such other instruments as are eligible for inclusion in Tier I and/or Tier II capital of the Company under applicable directions of the Reserve Bank of India in one or more tranches on private placement basis in ensuing Annual General Meeting.Further in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company which has already been closed shall continue to remain closed until September 09 2026.
