Andhra Cements Limited with the company which will be subject to necessary approvals as may be required from the regulatories and other authorities concerned.Further in accordance with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remainclosed for designated persons and their immediate relatives as per the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
