1 week agoSadbhav Engineering Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 01/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve a) the issuance of equity shares on preferential basis to the Lenders upon conversion of part coupon payable on non-convertible debentures in terms of resolution plan under regulatory framework of Reserve Bank of India and in accordance with Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) dated March 25 2026 and subsequent accession to the MRA dated August 25 2026 and b) the issuance of Equity Shares and Warrants to member of promoter group of the Company on preferential basis by conversion of existing unsecured loan.
