Standalone and Consolidated Limited Review Reports issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby declare that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued the Limited Review Reports with an unmodified conclusion on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.4. The Board took note of the resignation of Ms. Gracy Vijay Kale as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 14th August 2026. The resignation had been duly intimated to the Stock Exchange on 7th August 2026.
